Perspective: Increase Your Self-Awareness

Discover how to use perspective to your advantage.

The following 5 questions will allow you to take issues or difficult moments in your life and look at that from another angle. By doing so you will be given the gift of perspective, which can allow you the mental space to see things more clearly.

1. If the 80-year-old version of yourself was looking back at this moment with a smile, what would they say?

2. If you woke up tomorrow with unlimited calm and focused energy, what would you do?

3. If there was an alternate universe where you’d already resolved an issue in your life, what might the solution be?

4. If someone could turn off a switch in your brain and you could only see the positive at this moment, what are five things you would see?

5. If your life was a movie, what would the genre be right now? If you could change the genre, what would you change it to?
