More from the Changelog

Every improvement we’ve shipped, in order — here’s what landed recently.

A Faster Web App, Steadier AI, and Stronger Search

Reflection 6.29 brings a much faster web app — now compiled to WebAssembly, so it starts up quicker and stays smooth as you write — along with steadier AI throughout: personalized prompts and coaching recover on their own when your connection drops, journal-wide Search holds up across years of entries, and responses come back in your language and tone.

The All-New Insights Page, Profile Photos, and Search Shortcuts

Reflection 6.28 introduces the all-new Insights page — explore your sentiment, emotional landscape, and life domains across any time range, with personalized growth opportunities grounded in what you've written — plus profile photos, a Search shortcut from your home screen, and reliability improvements throughout.

iOS Delights, Coaching That Fits You, and Smoother Voice

Reflection 6.27 makes capturing a thought effortless — start an entry straight from iOS Spotlight or by sharing text into the app — plus coaching that stays true to what you wrote, smoother voice journaling, more reliable imports and exports, and a bunch of everyday polish.
